Magic Kids AI - Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains the terms regarding payments made for the website, applications, and related services (collectively, the "Service") offered by Furkan Lüleci (operating as Magic Kids AI) ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By subscribing to our Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to this Refund Policy.

1. General Rule

As stated in our Terms of Service (ToS Article 3.4.3), unless otherwise required by law or accepted by the Company as an exceptional circumstance, no partial or full refunds will be made for paid subscription fees.

2. Subscription Cancellations

2.1.

You can cancel your subscription at any time through the relevant section within the application or through your account settings.

2.2.

When a subscription is canceled, your access to the Service continues until the end of the current billing period. Your subscription will not be renewed thereafter.

2.3.

Cancellation stops future automatic payments but does not provide a refund for previously paid fees.

3. Trial Period

As per Article 3.2 of the Terms of Service, since no fee is charged for trial credits or trial periods offered to new users, no refund is applicable for such trial usage.

4. Automatic Renewals

In accordance with Article 3.3 of the Terms of Service, subscriptions automatically renew at the end of the selected billing period (monthly or annual) unless actively canceled by the Parent. The general refund rules stated in this policy apply to fees collected as a result of automatic renewal.

5. Exceptional Circumstances

The Company may, at its sole discretion, consider a refund in the following situations:

  • a) If the Service becomes unusable for an extended period due to severe technical issues originating from the Company.
  • b) Where applicable consumer laws mandate a refund.
  • c) Other force majeure events or special circumstances determined by the Company.

Refund requests, detailing the situation, must be sent via email to app.magickidsai@gmail.com. The Company will evaluate each request individually and communicate its decision within a reasonable time.

6. Payment Processor (Paddle)

All subscription fees and payments are processed through the third-party payment processor, Paddle Inc. ("Paddle"). By subscribing to our Service, you also agree to Paddle's Buyer Terms and Conditions. Refund requests related to payment processing or issues originating from Paddle may primarily be subject to Paddle's policies. The Company is not responsible for the actions or omissions of Paddle.

7. Price Changes

As per Article 3.6 of the Terms of Service, changes to subscription fees will apply after the end of your current subscription period and will be notified to you in advance. Price changes do not entitle you to a retroactive refund.

8. Suspension or Termination of Service

In accordance with Article 9.2 of the Terms of Service, if your account is suspended or terminated by the Company due to a violation of the Terms, no refund will be made for paid fees.
